It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see.

Welcome friends!

I'm Tracy and this is my blog. It's a mix of photography, art, writing, and life as I see it in 2011. Enjoy!

Hats

I've been so busy making hats that I'm starting to dream about crocheting.  Isabel and Esmé are in a play that opens this weekend in our local Fringe Festival.  They had their dress rehearsal today and I was in charge of making some of the costumes.  Thank goodness I was able to use my OT (occupational therapy) skills to figure out a way to modify a crochet hook so that I could finish them in time without having to grip the hook too tightly.  My mom was kind enough to help me with a few of horn bases because although I figured out a way to use the crochet hook with my sore hand, it was slow going.  I'm so glad they're finished!  Aren't they cute?

It's only three more sleeps until opening night and the girls are getting very excited!
