It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see.

Welcome friends!

I'm Tracy and this is my blog. It's a mix of photography, art, writing, and life as I see it in 2011. Enjoy!

Tri-anything!

That is Miss Esmé's motto and today she decided to try her first triathlon!  She did really well and absolutely loved it.  She's already planing to sign up again next year.  Isabel had originally wanted to sign up but when she saw the race distances she decided she didn't have enough time to train.  Truth be told she's more of a sprinter than a long distance runner.

In the end she decided she'd make a great cheerleader (and she did!).   She ran along with Esmé next to the track during the bike course and the running portion yelling and cheering her little sister on.  Then she did it all over again for her friend Sydney.  In all I think she ran further than the distance she was worried about not having enough time to train for.  I'm pretty sure she'll be signing up next year too!

Childreach would like to submit a letter to the editor of the London Free Press to thank ScotiaMcLeod for organizing such an awesome event, and I showed them this fabulous post, and they would like to ask your permission to use one of your images from that day. The LFP may not give them space for a photo, but if they do, one of your pictures would be perfect. It's cool if you don't want to. Absolutely no pressure!
