Isabel loves horses. She'd move to the barn if we'd let her.
Her Nana and Grand Dad gave her riding lessons for her birthday and she was absolutely thrilled. She took her first lesson at a stable near their house while we were visiting last weekend. Now I'm on the hunt to find somewhere for her to continue taking lessons a little closer to home. She's been on a horse a few times in the last year or so and it only took a few minutes on the lunge line before she was off and riding on her own. She loved every minute of it!
I spent a lot of time taking riding lessons and hanging out at the barn when I was younger. I love that barn smell. It brings back so many great memories. When I find a place for her to take lessons I might just have to join in and take some lessons myself!

Too cute!! My nana and papa paid for my riding lessons as well, it was something very special that they did for me and I am thankful for it to this day. I rode for about 15 years at LETC (London Equestrian Training Centre) just outside Hyde Park on Gainsborough Rd. It was a fantastic place, I haven't been for many years now.
I hope Isabel has found a new love!!
